1)Recruitment and induction of new women into women vision
We do recruit new ladies that have graduated from various universities and tertiary institutions into the Women Vision. These are carefully selected from amongst those that have undergone training in women affairs and also served in the university and institution leadership.
2)Setting up and annually changing UMWV leadership.
For the purposes of democracy, we also organise annual Shurah Council from which new leaders are elected and put into place to serve humanity with clear focus.
3)Celebrating women and girl child days
We also organise and celebrate the women and girl child days in style. These are usually done as one of the ways of giving back to the community.
4)Guidance and Counseling programs; individual and group counseling.
We also do guidance and counselling for various individuals and groups through our guidance and counselling coordinator nationally. These are done to give the beneficiaries proper direction.
5)Training in leadership, dawah and women affairs
We also train the women and girls in to leadership and management so that they can be able to handle the tasks they have at hand with knowledge and focus.
6)Competitions in women affairs
We also organise competitions for the women and girls in debates, skits, sports, home management, hands on, leadership, IT among others. These are geared towards supporting the ideas, talents of the participants.
7)Family education:
We do offer family education through radios, TVs, magazines, bulletins and social media so that we can reduce the issues of violence at home.
8)School and Mosque Construction
We do construct schools for the vulnerable orphans within Uganda. We ensure that the schools are built to the standards set by the Ministry of Education, Sports and Science of Uganda and relevant authorities.
We also do mosque construction in places that don’t have, renovate the old mosques into new ones, construct mosques on land that has been donated to us by the community or purchased land..
9)Daa'wah Activities
Various dawah activities ranging from seminars, khalaqas, darasas and Women seminars are done periodically by the Organization in various places in Uganda and Africa at large. We also train sheikhs into good public figures who can communicate issues so that they can be well understood by the community.
10)Akiika & General Kurban
We do Aqiiqa for the orphans within our jurisdiction and at our centers regionally. Here we slaughter for them goats, sheep and cows, take them through various activities that clears the tears of lack of parents.
11)Agriculture
We also train the farmers into better farm practices from time to time. We also provide for them seedlings and do look for the market for the products. We do this through radio talk shows, community dialogues and mosques sermons.
12)Relief
We also do give out relief aid to the calamity hit areas whenever the need arises. This aid is in form of food, clothing, medication, rehabilitation, money, construction of structures, guidance and counselling.
13)Water and Sanitation
We also train the women and girls in to leadership and management so that they can be able to handle the tasks they have at hand with knowledge and focus.
14)Orphan Care
Orphan care is our passionate activity. Here we provide food, accommodation, clothing, scholastic materials and other basic needs for them.
15)Income Generation for self reliance
As an organization we also train the community into being able to generate funds for self-reliance through our hands-on skills training platform.
16)Ramadhan and Kurban
We offer Iftar during Ramadhan for the Fasting Muslims, Collect and distribute Zakatul Fitr and organize Eid celebrations for the orphans, widows, needy and vulnerable.
